Towncenterpets.com utilizes UPS and USPS for shipping. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can click the tracking number and it will take you directly to the UPS or USPS web site which will automatically track your package. If you do not receive an email, you can always log into your account and click on My Orders. There you can see your orders and corresponding tracking numbers.

Free Standard Shipping automatically applies to your qualifying minimum online purchase subtotal of $49. No promotion code necessary. Subtotal refers to amount of order before taxes and shipping. All Free Shipping is based on Standard Shipping rates.

Towncenterpets.com will accept returns up to 30 days from date of purchase. On unopened items, we will issue you a refund or store credit. Damaged items will be issued a refund, store credit, or a replacement.
To request a return on an item:
1) Log into towncenterpets.com at the top right of this page.
2) Go to Orders under My Account.
3) Click the Return Item(s) button beside the complete order that you want to receive a return for. The Return Item from Order # is displayed.
4) From the list of products Qty. to return dropdown list, select the number of items of the product you want to return.
5) From the Return Reason dropdown list, select the reason for requesting a return.
6) From the Return Action dropdown list, select the required return action to take.
7) In the Comment field, enter an optional comment for information purposes.
8) Click Submit return request. A confirmation message is displayed informing you the request has been submitted successfully.
9) Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with a RMA # and address to return your item(s).
